I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, although parking was limited to the roadside only. The night could be a bit chilly. The service was super friendly and supportive, making my experience delightful. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything, with a fantastic breakfast nearby. The dining options were varied, but not as good as international chains. Overall, it was good value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for my family of four. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. Although the breakfast was not exceptional, we still enjoyed our time there.
The hotel has a nice brand new look, which is a great improvement from my last visit. The rooms were clean, but there was a lingering smell of smoke even though it's a non-smoking hotel. The initial room I stayed in was too small, but after encountering a midnight ceiling leak, I was moved to a very nice room with a free upgrade. Many thanks to the staff for their quick action.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Amman, close to all important places. The rooms are a bit noisy at night but clean overall. The staff, especially the elegant Spa Manager, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Dining options cater to all tastes with a notable omelette station, but may not match international chains.
The hotel rooms were very quiet and nice, and the bar with daily DJ parties was lovely. The rooms were really comfy, well-designed, and had everything you need. However, they are not sound-proof, as I experienced noise from drunk people fighting and screaming from the club in the hotel on the 7th floor.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, suitable for a 2-3 Star standard, but definitely not on par with a 5 Star hotel. I enjoyed the quiet ambiance and the lovely bar with daily DJ parties. The service was exceptional, with polite and accommodating staff members like Majd at the reception going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was convenient, offering easy access to essential places in Amman. The dining experience was satisfactory, although it didn't reach the standards of international hotel chains. The facilities provided were adequate for a comfortable stay.
